So… what now?

It’s been a few weeks since I stepped down as the Managing Editor of RipTen (though I’m still contributing on occasion). Since then, I’ve started catching up on my gaming backlog, re-engaged with Twitter followers and friends in the industry and spent countless hours contemplating whether or not my abandonment of the Oxford Comma is really the life choice I should have made.

I’ve also spent a lot of time thinking about what I want to do next. I’m pleased to report that I definitely, most assuredly and without a doubt want to keep writing. (New Year’s Resolution: economy of words, less redundancy.) Where my career will take me is a mystery right now, but it’s one I’m intent on solving soon. There is too much exciting news that is about to break, especially if all of us are correct about 2013 really and truly being the end of the current console generation.

As things develop, I’ll share as soon as it’s proper to do so. Until then, I’ll be aggregating my thoughts on major events here. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
